DUE TO COVID-19, DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW THE USUAL WAITING TIME BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR ADDITIONAL HELP.

 

All items from OffBeat.Tees are made on demand. No items are stocked.

 

Therefore, from the date you you order, we aim to have each piece ordered and made within 1-8 working days. Items which are on PRE-ORDER, will have a 3-week waiting period before being dispatched. After these processing times are over, delivery times are as stated:

  • UK: 1-2 working days (sent as royalmail 1st class signed for)

  • EU: 3-5 working days ( sent as royalmail 1st class tracked & signed)

  • Australia & Norway: 7-10 working days (sent as royalmail 1st class tracked)

  • Rest of the world: 5-10 working days (sent as royalmaill 1st class tracked & signed)

Once items are received within each country, differnt corriers collect them. All details will be able to access via tracking codes which will be provided once an item has been marked as shipped.

MISSED DELIVERIES 

 

As all items are sent with a form of tracking, if you miss an order sent from us over at OffBeat.Tees, please use the tracking provided to keep up to date with your parcel. If your delivery is missed, it is up to you to pick up your delivery in time before the delivery company have it sent back to ourselves. Each delivery company have differnt waiting times, so please keep this in mind. If in the unfortunate event happens that your order is sent back to ourselves, once the order is recieved by us, a 35% deduction will be made from the order to cover the price of ordering in the merchandise and you will receive a 65% refund. 

LOST DELIVERIES

If you haven't received your order within the estimated time, please do contact us as quick as possible so we can help locate the parcel with you. We can not be held responsible for any incorrect addresses or details which are given to us. If however, the mistake happens on our own behalf, we will cover the cost of any reshipping or refund.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

As all items are made on demand, if your items arrive and they are an incorrect colour, please contact us as soon as possible so the order can be corrected. You will need to have the item sent back to our delivery address, (unworn without any makeup stains or scent) - which can be found on the back of your order packaing - containing a note on the inside with the following details:

  • the customers full name

  • the order date 

  • the issue with the order eg incorrect colour/size, as well with the correction eg 'ordered black, came in white'

Once this order has been sent back to us with the following details, please send us a photo of your recipt so the refund for postage cane be sent. Once the order has been received by us, the correction of the order will be processed. 

We can not be held responsible for any incorrect information sent to us regarding your order. Therefore please ensure the details regauding your order, (size/colour) are checked before checkout.

 

If your order arrives and you wish no longer want your item, you will be eligable for a partial refund of 65%. As all items are made on demand, (we do not hold stock) we will not be able to refund you the entire amount of your order.
